(this means exercising a tendon by starting with it contracted and then letting it extend under load). WebbI bought one of the green resistance FlexBars and have been doing Tyler Twist exercises once per day off. I've been climbing about 3 times a week for 1-1.5 hour sessions. Admittedly, I've been taking one regular strength Ibuprofen before each session to mitigate the pain while on the wall.
