WebI emailed dualit explaining the problem and if I wanted a repair it was going to cost £54 !! Not happy about this at all , after paying £145 for the kettle I would have expected it to last longer , certainly won't be getting it repaired . If I had known at the time the kettle was made in China I would not have purchased it.
